Commission timelines vary based on complexity. We'll provide a detailed timeline and quote after discussing your project.
Machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle. Mild detergent only. Air dry in shade. Iron reverse side only — never directly on the painted area.
Custom commissions typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. We take 50% upfront and send you progress photos throughout. Need it sooner? Ask us — we'll do our best.
Because every piece is made once and only for you, we don't do returns — but we stand behind our work. If something arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed on, we'll make it right. Just reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
