Where We Ship
mair. ships pan-India only at this time. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged on all orders, regardless of order size or location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Custom commission pieces follow a separate timeline.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Courier Partner
We ship through Delhivery. Tracking updates will be available on the Delhivery website using your tracking number.
Custom Commissions
Custom pieces are handmade to order and take 1–2 weeks to complete before dispatch. Delivery time applies after dispatch.
