The Baseline

No Returns. No Exchanges.

Every mair. piece is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and made to order. Because no two pieces are identical and each one is created individually, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

We know that's a firm policy — but it's one that exists because of the nature of what we make. A returned piece cannot be resold. It was made for you.

Before You Order

Please Read

  • Check all sizing information carefully before placing your order. Size guides are provided on every product listing.
  • If you have any questions about fit, material, dimensions, or design before ordering — please reach out first. We would much rather answer your questions than have you receive something that doesn't feel right.
  • For custom commissions, we share references and check in with you during the process to make sure you are happy before we finish the piece.

The Exception

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and either replace or refund accordingly.

This is the only exception to our no-returns policy and applies only to damage caused during shipping or a fulfilment error on our end — not a change of mind.
